After several years of marriage spending winters in Florida, Richie and Carol had their first child followed in quick succession by two more. It became apparent that some changes were in order.

They bought a house in the suburbs after leaving their crowded Manhattan apartment, called Clearing House to empty their Florida house and sold it in two weeks, using the funds from the Florida house sale to furnish their new suburban home.

Rhonda, their Florida Realtor responsible for telling them of Clearing House, received a massive bouquet of roses from them in gratitude for the information about Clearing House. Both claimed that after the move from the apartment to the house, the additional move out of the Florida house would have been more than they could have handled with three small children in tow..

Richie, Carol and their children are very happy with their new living arrangements. Rhonda was thrilled with the roses and also her commission. She's happy to tell people about Clearing House since this is the third time we facilitated the sale of a house for her by emptying it of contents.
