Estate Settlement

Ellen and Terry were unable to take additional time off from work after the funeral of Aunt Alice to fly back down to Florida to clear Aunt Alice's condo in preparation for sale. Ellen was the sole beneficiary. Except for a few nostalgic figurines she could not use the furnishings.

Fortunately, the estate attorney was aware of Clearing House, a service dealing with just such a situation. Licensed and bonded, we removed the entire contents of the condo, arranged to ship the valued figurines to Ellen, arranged consignment of some of the better pieces of furniture, and donated the rest to local charities.

Ellen and Terry were greatly relieved and pleased with the savings on airfare, time not taken off from work, funds from consignment pieces and receipts for IRS deductions.
